Our goal is to foster a safe, trusted community where members can meet, share, and engage in ways that result in meaningful real-world connections and experiences. We do this in several ways:Our team and membership committee have been rigorously vetted and are under strict non-disclosure agreements. This ensures that, unless you choose to share it through your actions or activity within the Service (as defined below), your information, interests, and involvement remain private between you and us.We only select community members who we believe will adhere to our code of conduct, including respecting the privacy of our members, and who agree to these Terms of Use. We periodically review our community and remove members who do not act in accordance with our code of conduct or these Terms of Use or who engage in disrespectful, inappropriate, or improper behavior.Our members are at the heart of everything we do. By submitting an application to Radiostar, creating a Radiostar account, RSVPing or attending an event, or otherwise using the Service in any manner whatsoever, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and available at [insert website link]. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Each time we do so, we will indicate the most recent version's date at the top of this page. Our Terms of Use may always be found at [insert website link]. Your continued use of the Service after the date any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. You should regularly check this page for updates. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all the Terms of Use, please do not use the Service.

‍}_{APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION PROCESS}_{To gain access to the App, prospective users must complete a brief application, and accepted users will be offered membership for a fee. All applications are considered; however, we reserve complete control and sole discretion regarding membership acceptance. One factor our membership committee considers is the extent of an applicant’s connection to existing members, as we’ve found that having a “real-world” network within the community is an excellent indicator of an applicant’s engagement and enjoyment on the App. Applicants not granted access may be placed on our waitlist, which is continually reviewed for potential acceptance. By submitting an application, you agree to receive text messages and emails from us regarding your application's status, among other things.Upon acceptance as a member, you must select a subscription option with various prices and durations. Payments automatically renew until canceled, and refunds are not offered except as stated in these Terms of Use. Payments are processed via third-party services like Apple or Stripe, and we do not store your payment information.Upon joining, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, ensuring its accuracy, and for all activities under your account. You agree to (a) notify Radiostar immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account, (b) keep your account information accurate, (c) ensure you exit from your account after each session, and (d) implement necessary security measures on any device you use to access the Service. Radiostar will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this Section.

‍}_{TERMS OF USE}_{These Terms of Use establish the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Service.}_Eligibility:_{You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By submitting an application, creating an account, RSVPing to an event, attending an event, or otherwise using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to use the Service, are not barred by law, and are not required to register as a sex offender.}_{Term and Termination:}_{These Terms of Use remain in full force while you use the Service or have a Radiostar account. You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions provided in the App. Similarly, Radiostar may suspend or terminate your account without notice for any reason, including lack of use, failure to comply with these Terms, or during periodic membership reviews. No refunds will be provided for prepaid membership fees or unused in-app purchases upon termination.

‍}_{USER INTERACTIONS, MEETINGS, AND EVENTS}_{Radiostar is not responsible for the conduct of any user or your experience at any in-person meeting, event, or venue you attend through the Service. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others through the Service and any resulting in-person meetings. We do not conduct background checks on users and make no guarantees regarding users’ conduct. Radiostar disclaims liability for any losses or damages, including personal injury, resulting from interactions or events facilitated through the Service.

‍}_{PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES}_{Radiostar reserves the right to investigate and suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted inappropriately. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, sending offensive content, disrupting the Service, harassing others, disclosing private information, impersonating others, soliciting payments, and other inappropriate behaviors as outlined in these Terms.

‍}_{INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY}_{Radiostar owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Service. The Service contains copyrighted material, trademarks, patents, and other proprietary information. You agree not to copy, modify, or reproduce any such material without prior written consent from Radiostar.

‍}_{DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION ON LIABILITY}_{Radiostar provides the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Radiostar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Radiostar’s total liability to you for any cause will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the Service during the time you have an account.

‍}_{ARBITRATION AND GOVERNING LAW}_{All disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association, except for small claims, which may be brought in a small claims court. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or class action. ‍}_{EVENT CREATORS AND HOSTS}_{By using the Service to create, host, or promote an event, you acknowledge that Radiostar is not responsible for the event or its attendees and agree to indemnify Radiostar from any liability related to the event.}_{MISCELLANEOUS}_{These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Radiostar regarding the Service. These Terms are non-transferable, and Radiostar reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time.
